The service rendered by our firm comprises all or a portion of the following principle tasks for project realisation:

Planning Phase

• Assisting the client in evaluating the needs of the project.
• Feasibility Studies and reporting thereon.
• Planning and preliminary designs.

Design Phase

• Preparation of design and specifications.
• Advice on manner of project realisation.
• Tender documentation and procedures for contractors/suppliers.

Construction Phase

• Contract documentation.
• Administration, programming and co-ordination of contractor(s).
• Monitoring and inspection of quality of materials and workmanship.
• Certification of payments to contractor(s).
• Certification of completion of contract(s).

Partners

We accept multidisciplinary appointments which we execute in association with professional architects, electrical-, mechanical-, chemical (process) engineers, quantity surveyors and land surveyors as required respectively.

We work in close cooperation with the following consulting firms when their expertise is required:

• Aquarius Consult for process/chemical engineering services,
