Kuchling Consulting Engineers was responsible for the design and construction supervision of the lined brine evaporation ponds, the first ever constructed for inland desalination in Namibia. The construction costs of the lined brine sludge drying ponds with their associated inlet gravity pipeline and rodding installations amount to million NAD 2.5.
