The initial feasibility study involved the allocation of the sewer flow of the entire city between two existing waste water treatment plants with the investigation and comparison of sewer flow options amongst various existing and new pump stations and pipelines. Approved was the design and construction of new and the rehabilitation of existing pump stations and pipelines.

Kuchling Consulting Engineers was responsible for the design and construction supervision of all civil works.
